Exeter
Exeter is a city in Devon. Its population is 129,800 in 2016. The city is on the River Exe about 58 km northeast of Plymouth. It is the county town of Devon. It is now considered to be a centre for modern business and tourism in Devon and Cornwall. Exeter is an ancient city on the River Exe. Rennes is the twin city with Exeter for 50 years.

What we did :
We met the Lord Mayor of Exeter and attended a little ceremony. Then we had a tour around the Guild Hall and learnt various things about the history of the city. For example, the big wooden door in the entrance cost only 5£ to the city

Torquay
Torquay is a seaside town in Devon near Exeter. The town earned the nickname the English Riviera. The town's economy was based on fishing and agriculture but in the early 19th century it began to develop into a fashionable seaside resort. The writer Agatha Christie was born in this town and lived there during her early years and there is an "Agatha Christie Mile" plaques dedicated to her life and work.

We did a treasure hunt in five different areas of the town. There were four different teams, and the yellows won.
Then, we had cream tea.
